昨日電話受けてからメールでやりとりしてる東南アジアの外国人のお客さんからとても
心温まる嬉しいメールを受け取りました(^ω^)
別に私なんもしてへんし、つたない英語やったし、そないな良い対応もさせていただいてないんやけど。まあ結論からいうとこのお客さんが良い人すぎるってだけやねんけどww
まあそんなんでもこうやっていってくれるお客さんがいるだけでも私はまだ頑張れるな!と思った\(^0^)/
嫌なお客さんもいっぱいいるけどこういう人もいるから
また嫌になったらこのメールを見返そう、そうしよう

ということで残しておこう な 日記。

I apologize for the wrong name i used when i emailed you before. I humbly apologize for that. However, according your remarks; it is very much appreciated that you have served me with a very kind assistant and with that i do understand how your processing in doing refunding works and so i will indeed wait patiently for the finishing date; and thank you so very much for your very kind and clear email.
I always admire the service of the Korean Air and i hope every one would be like you, and i'm sure they are all are. I do humbly apologize for the inconvenient i had caused; and truly truly appreciated your service.
Thank you also for the confirmation email about the certify document i sent.
